Already paid/activated the voucher code successfully, but the account is still free?

Please make sure you are logged into the correct account that you used to activate the ELSA PRO code. In case you have logged in to the correct account but the account is still free. Please do the following

To restore purchase by Go to “Profile” → Click “Get ELSA Pro” → Click “Restore purchase“. Your ELSA PRO account will be successfully restored.

If, after trying the above method, your account has not yet been transferred to a Pro account, please send information to for technical support to check and feedback to you.
